Our consultants will ask all the right questions in order to obtain a thorough understanding of your system and your requirements and will conduct a comprehensive audit to assess your current situation and understand the role IT plays in your business.
The Assessment Process
- Free Meeting to obtain a general overview of your business, system requirements and your views on how you envisage your use of IT developing.
- A detailed LAN audit to obtain a comprehensive understanding of your organisation and discussion as to how your existing system could be made to work harder. The audit also provides the consultant with the opportunity to define the best support mechanism through which we can protect your company.
- Server and Work Station analyses are also conducted during the audit to give the consultant an informed opinion on your existing arrangements.
Server: The consultant carries out a series of checks to assess everything from hard disk space to server applications and network infrastructure.
Workstation: This can involve, for example, investigating any viruses and identifying problems that may be causing your systems to run slowly.
- An in depth report setting out our findings is then provided by the consultant. This document is designed to be direct and honest, giving you a clear and user-friendly evaluation of your system. The consultant will then arrange a further meeting to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the outcome and help you plan a strategy to turn our recommendations into your profits.
