Basic Support Services (Pay as you go...)
CNS IT Basic Support Services provide you with a "pay as you go" support service for your business hardware, software and computer network. Services are provided on receipt of authorisation for estimated parts and labour.
Hardware:
Your business hardware maintenance is central to the efficiency of your IT systems. CNS IT provide commercially experienced engineers, ready to analyse and remedy your problems. We provide a call-out repair services for hardware with parts and labour estimated for you to authorise.
Software:
Experienced business software specialists will assist you by telephone or email to both evaluate and fix the issues you are facing. Calls are charged at an agreed basic rate. Should help be required on-site, then we will arrange for an experienced software specialist to visit you. Site visits are charged at an agreed basic hourly rate.
Network Support:
Commercially experienced network engineers will assist you by telephone or email to both evaluate and fix the issues you are facing. Calls are changed at an agreed basic rate. Should help be required on-site, then we will arrange for an experienced network engineer to visit you. Site visits are charged at an agreed basic hourly rate.
